The Sacrament of Holy Orders

Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time: thus it is the sacrament of apostolic ministry. It includes three degrees: episcopate, presbyterate, and diaconate.

Currently we have three priests in residence at the Church of St. Mary: Fr. Michael McGovern, pastor, Fr. Jerry Twarog, associate pastor and Fr. Stephen Grunow, resident. We have two permanent deacons: Joe Krakora and Jim Kenney. For further information please call 847-234-0205.
